The Truck Load sale is in collaboration with Gordon Food Services, one of the largest food distributors in North America. Just some of the foods available at wholesale prices include beef, steak, seafood, chicken, meatballs, and wings. Everything is contact-free, making it a viable event no matter what COVID restrictions are in place.

Organizations don’t have to pick up food and give them to their supporters. Customers purchasing items can pick up on a specific day from the Gordon Food Services truck in the Cousin Vinny’s Parking lot.

A 10 per cent commission is given to the fundraiser by cheque after the truck load sale is over.

Tickets costs $50, and approximately half of the proceeds will be donated to your organization. Different choice of food or entertainment may alter final ticket prices. There is a minimum of 80 people, and a maximum of 140 people. Entertainment is provided by professional Comedians from all over Canada. This fundraiser is only offered on Saturday nights from 7pm - 11pm. 

* No deposit is required to book, however you are responsible to sell a minimum of 80 tickets, with a goal to sell out at 140 tickets.

* Everything is organized by our team except for ticket sales; you just need to show up and have a few volunteers at the door on the night of the event.

In order to do this fundraiser, you must be a registered non-profit organization that has the ability to apply for this license with the City of Greater Sudbury. Once you get your license Cousin Vinny’s can help you organize the entire process. 

Typically tickets for Porketta Bingo are sold for $20 and the player gets 3 cards (additional cards can be purchased for $5 each). 50/50 raffles are allowed if they are applied at the same time as the Bingo license. 

Porketta Bingo's are typically scheduled from 2pm-5pm on Saturday afternoon(s). However, they can also be hosted from 8pm-11pm on Friday or Saturday nights.

We could always use an extra hand! Any player from a sports organization or student can volunteer to work alongside a server at Cousin Vinny's. Simply schedule a Sunday, Monday or Tuesday night from 5pm-7:30pm , then invite your friends and family to come dine with us. We will donate 15% of the sales to your organization. This is a great way to fundraise for your school or sports team, build team work and get a glimpse of the behind-the-scenes fun at your local Cousin Vinnys!

You may also decide to choose a Buffet or Breakfast Brunch to earn 25% of sales.

Your organization can have a buffet that chosen night for just $20 per person, plus tax (kids under 12 years are half price). Anyone that wants to order from menu is included in donation as well.
